Transform Your Toolbox:
A Hands-On Regulation & Resource Lab
Try It Before You Buy It
Stop paying the ADHD tax.
Have you ever bought a new ADHD product online thinking it was going to fix all your problems, only to find out that it wasn’t what you expected? The fidget was too sticky. The timer was too loud. The planner spacing was too small. The book had one useful chapter.
People with ADHD spend a lot of money on tools that look promising online but turn out to be the wrong fit, because you can't feel a texture or hear an alarm through a screen.
Transform Your Toolbox: A Hands-On Regulation & Resource Lab fixes that. It's a walk-around wellness space at the ADHD2026 conference, built for people with ADHD and anyone who lives with, supports or works with them.
How it works
Explore. Move at your own pace through five themed stations.
Experiment. Put tools in your hands, hear how loud the timer beeps, flip through the pages, compare options side by side.
Build your toolbox. Save the tools that work for you to a personal list, with links to find them later.
Nothing is for sale at the lab. We don't earn money from any product. We just want you to find what fits.
The Five Stations:
Find Your Fidget Lab: Clicky, squishy, silent, textured. Find the fidget your hands actually reach for, before it ends up in a drawer.
Brain Break Bar: Conference brain is real. Reset with balance boards, wobble seats, movement breaks, puzzles and more.
Start Smart Station: For those with decision paralysis who struggle to get started- flip through books, workbooks, checklists, and task-initiation and motivation tools.
Time & Task Hub: Hear the alarm, feel the buttons, see which timer, watch, or planner your brain actually notices.
Regulate & Reset Zone: For when everything is too much. Try noise-reducing headphones, weighted lap pads, calming lights, and breathing tools.
Have a suggestion?
What have you been on the fence about?
That timer everyone raves about. The fidget you keep adding to your cart and deleting. The book you're not sure is worth it. Tell us what you want to try in person, and we'll do our best to bring it to the lab.
You don't need to be attending ADHD2026 to suggest something. Every suggestion helps us decide who to reach out to.
